Foreign tourism to this forbidden land is still a very new endeavour. The Forgotten Kingdom of “Mustang valley” is the higher region of Nepal. It is the most stunning valley with spectacular mountain views and promises an other-worldly immersion into the vibrant, authentic culture of the people of remote Nepal. Here ancient Tibetan Buddhist monasteries are still in practice. This Nepal motorbike adventure embarks from Kathmandu and takes you to the majestic Landscapes of the Tibetan plateau of Upper Mustang close to the Tibet border. We’ll ride the recently built dirt roads following the Kali Gandaki River George and visit the villages of lower Mustang on the Nepal-Tibet border.
